In one shallow dish, combine the egg whites and worcestershire sauce.
In another combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture first and then in the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Press the mixture into the pork chops so they get fully coated. Place on a baking sheet or dish lined with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Bake the pork chops for 35-40 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked and no trace of pink remains inside.
Serve with roasted broccoli and a side of pasta or rice.
