Spicy Avocado Salsa Verde

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno, most of the ribs and seeds removed (or leave them all in if you like it super spicy)
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 16 oz. Roasted Salsa Verde (medium to hot)
  • 1 tsp sea salt AND fresh ground pepper
  • a handful of fresh cilantro
  • 2 avocados, seeds and skin removed
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, chop your garlic very finely. Scrap down the sides of the food processor.
  2. Add jalapeno, lime juice, zest, salt, pepper, honey, salsa verde and cilantro.
  3. Add the avocados and puree until desired consistency.
