2 jalapeños, ribs and seeds removed, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.
Instructions
Set up a large pot with about an inch of water with a steamer basket inside. Place green beans in steamer basket. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat
Steam green beans for 2-3 minutes or until green beans are just slightly cooked and bright green, still crunchy.
While the green beans are steaming. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
Once oil is hot, add garlic and jalapeños and sauté until garlic until slightly browned.
Add steamed green beans, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Toss to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve warm.
