Slow Cooker Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup, or more to taste Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 packet Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 6 oz. Non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • Optional: ½ cup blue cheese crumbles or your favorite shredded cheese.
Instructions
  1. Place a slow cooker liner in your slow cooker, or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the bottle of wing sauce over the chicken
  4. Add the ranch mix and greek yogurt, mix well.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken (it should literally fall apart with minimal effort) and stir to combine.
  7. Serve on whole wheat slider buns.
Notes
Use this as a dip for crackers, pita chips, corn chips, carrots, celery, etc.
