Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive olive oil
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to an emulsifier and pulse to combine.
  2. If you don't have an emulsifier, add ingredients to a food processor or blender to combine.
  3. Store in an air-tight container.
  4. Shake, if separated, before serving.
