No-Bake Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Ingredients
  • 4 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds
Instructions
  1. Line an 8" x 8" baking dish with aluminum foil (this will make for easy clean-up later)
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Press into the baking dish (it will be sticky)
  4. Chill for at least 3 hours to overnight to set.
  5. Cut into 24 pieces.
  6. Portion out 2 bars per snack-size plastic storage bag
  7. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
