Bring water to a boil in a tea kettle or in a small sauce pan.
At the same time, heat the almond milk to simmer in a small sauce pan with the honey, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, vanilla, cardamom and pumpkin pie spice. (be careful to watch the milk closely, it can boil over quickly...this may or may not have happend to me ;) )
Remove milk from heat, remove cinnamon stick and set aside.
Add tea to a loose tea infuser and steep with boiling water according to package instructions.
While tea is steeping, use an immersion blender to froth the milk.
Fill half a mug with the steeped tea, add the frothy milk and garnish with more fresh ground nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
