Slow Cooker Balsamic French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 1 3-4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place a slow cooker liner into the insert of the slow cooker. Place roast beef into the insert of your slow cooker. Add all remaining remaining ingredients. Cook for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low.
  2. Once roast beef has cooked, shred the meat and stir to fully combine.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, add meat to your whole wheat bun.
  4. Add a slice of provolone cheese over the meat and allow to melt. Replace the top of the bun and enjoy with baked chips.
