Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh spicy oregano
1 tablespoon lemon thyme
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
3 bulbs of fresh garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Wash, prep and chop all herbs as finely as possible. Add the herbs, parmesan, garlic and dijon mustard to a 16 ounce mason jar.
Pour in the extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper.
Tightly screw the lid onto the mason jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Pour over fresh salad greens and enjoy!
