Garlic and Parmesan Carrot Spirals

Serves: 4
- 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Carrot
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped, minced or pressed
- 3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: ¼ tsp. of ground black pepper and/or ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
- Cook Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Carrot according to package directions, drain and keep warm. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and parsley to the pan, cook until garlic is translucent, 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat.
- Add warm carrot spirals, cheese, black pepper (if desired) and crushed red pepper (if desired). Gently toss together until well combined. Serve hot.
- Serving Suggestions: For added protein pair this dish with diced grilled chicken, beef, or pork.
