A super-simple, one-pot recipe that puts dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less! This meal is a family favorite, requested over and over and is perfect for crazy weeknights!

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 (10¾ oz.) can reduced-sodium or healthy request condensed cream of broccoli soup
1 (8 oz.) can no salt added tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth (water can be substituted)
4 cups fresh broccoli florets (frozen broccoli can be substituted)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flake (more or less depending on taste)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste (be very careful to not add too much salt)
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped (parsley can be substituted)
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook until no pink is visible in the beef and drain if needed.
