Ingredients
4 lean boneless pork chops
⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup honey
3 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped (spicy oregano if you have it)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or place a slow cooker liner inside the stoneware and place pork chops (frozen is fine) in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese, honey, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, basil, oregano, garlic, oil and salt; pour over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours if the pork chops were frozen and 6-7 hours if thawed.
Serve over brown rice or other starch and add a simple green salad or steamed green veggie to round out the meal.
