10-Minute Raspberry Indoor S’mores are perfect for any weeknight dessert. This version of the classic is made more nutritious and colorful with fun addition of fresh raspberries. The raspberries give it just a hint of tartness to the sweet treat for the ideal combination!!
Summer officially kicks off this Memorial Day weekend and I am sure that you have your first Summer Get-Together planned, as I do 🙂 We are fortunate here in Georgia that the weather forecast looks good, but I know that a lot of the country is going to have cold or rainy weather. What a bummer!! However, I do have good news for those of you that are facing yucky weather, you can still have your Summer S’mores with my 10-Minute Raspberry Indoor S’mores recipe.
So what do you need to do to get this summer party started? Well…head on down to your local Walmart to stock up on all of your essentials, including the classic s’mores components in the “Let’s Make S’mores Tonight” display.
- Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars
- HoneyMaid Graham Crackers Squares
- Kraft’s Jet Puffed Marshmallows
You certainly can’t miss it and it has everything that you will need to make indoor s’mores. Now you will just have to pick up some fresh raspberries on your way to the checkouts.
If your store does have the display, you can easily find all of the items on just a few aisles of your local Walmart.
The Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars are conveniently sold in a 6pk at Walmart and are located on the candy aisle. They were even on Rollback at my Wal-Mart…BONUS!!
The HoneyMaid Graham Cracker Squares are sold exclusively at Walmart and so convenient just the right size for making s’mores. No extra step of breaking graham crackers with these little guys and they are found on the cracker aisle right along side the other HoneyMaid Graham Crackers.
The location of Kraft’s Jet Puffed Marshmallows was a little tricker for me. They were located on the aisle that also had juices and gelatin.
I grabbed all of those products and added them to my shopping cart, stopped in produce to pick up fresh raspberries and then headed to the house!
I purchased all of these products to make a special surprize for Hank!! He successfully completed Pre-K this week 🙂 Proud almost-step-mom moment here…he got an excellent final report from his teacher who said he was the brightest pre-k student she had ever had in her classroom!!! Yay…way to go Hank 🙂
However, these were so quick and easy they really would be awesome for any weeknight dessert 🙂
To get started, pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. Then line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place 15 Honey Maid Graham Cracker Squares on the baking dish. Then top each one with one of Kraft’s Jet Puffed Marshmallows.
Next open 4 of the Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars and break each one into fourths (three little squares each) so they are ready for assembling. Did you know that each one of those little squares of Hershey’s chocolate is called a “pip?” Who knew!!
Once the oven is pre-heated, place the baking sheet with graham crackers and marshmallows in the oven for 5 minutes. Word of warning…stay close as they start to brown quickly right at the 5 minute mark. I would set your timer.
Pull the pan from the oven when the marshmallows are just starting to brown and flatten. Immediately add one of the fourths of a Hershey’s Milk Chocolate that we had prepared and top with 5-6 raspberries pressing down gently. Then top with another Honey Maid Graham Cracker Square and you have 10-Minute Raspberry Indoor S’mores!
Now here is the hardest part…you have to let them sit for a minute or two so the chocolate melts…
But it is worth it…because then look at all of that ooey-gooeyness!!! 🙂 See…you don’t always need a campfire to make S’mores! You can make them inside in the oven as the perfect weeknight dessert! They are really a quick, easy solution for summertime: weeknight meals, get-togethers, BBQs, parties, you name it!! Are you ready?? Let’s Make S’mores Tonight!
Here is a printer-friendly version of the my 10-Minute Raspberry Indoor S’mores recipe for your convenience:
- 30 Honey Maid Graham Cracker Squares (exclusively at Walmart)
- 4 Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars (sold in 6pk at Walmart)
- 15 Kraft's Jet Puffed Marshmallows
- 1 pint (12 oz.) of fresh raspberries (you won't use all of them so make a smoothie with them the next morning)
- Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place 15 Honey Maid Graham Cracker Squares on the baking pan
- Top each one with one of Kraft's Jet Puffed Marshmallows
- Open 4 Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars and break each one into fourths (three little squares each)
- Once the oven is pre-heated, place the baking sheet with graham crackers and marshmallows in the oven and set a timer for 5 minutes.
- When the time goes off pull the pan from the oven (the marshmallows should be just starting to brown and flatten).
- Immediately add one of the fourths of a Hershey's Milk Chocolate and top with 5-6 raspberries, pressing down gently.
- Let them sit for a minute or two so the chocolate melts slightly.
- Top with another Honey Maid Graham Cracker Square and enjoy!!
I love this recipe as a quick and easy dessert solution for a special occasion that just happens to fall on a weeknight! We will also be enjoying it this weekend for our first Summer Get-Together of the season too 🙂 So now it’s your turn. How are you spending your Memorial Day weekend and what is your favorite way to enjoy and enjoy S’mores?

Looks just like the ad – if not for the raspberries. It looks like you could only eat maybe 2-3 and then be super full. Definitely something for some of these nice and cool summer nights.

S’mores are a must during the summer. I love that you make these in bulk. No more waiting for the individual marshmallows.
