No-Bake Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites are an easy healthy on-the-go and filling breakfast or snack. Indulgent taste without the guilt.
Now that I have to fit into and look good in a wedding dress later this year, my diet and exercise routine has to be ramped up!! I hate to be “that” bride-to-be, but come on, I just can’t help it! It is one of the most special days that I will ever have in my life and I want to look my best 🙂
I typically do eat pretty healthy, obviously, because that is what I blog about but I can tighten my belt. I have been a little lax here lately and have not been working out like I should. Afterall, I am formally trained as a health coach, so I need to put that training to good use 🙂 It is back to a whole food, clean eating diet and daily exercise for this girl. I don’t really want to loose a lot of weight, but want to tone up!! I need to deflate the spare tire around waist that has grown over the last few months and definitely work on the jiggly arms 😉 I know that exercise is only about 20% of the equation and diet is 80%, so I have to focus on my nutrtion the most!!
These No-Bake Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites fit nicely into this plan. They are delicious and packed with protein to keep you feeling full for hours. They make the perfect portable breakfast or snack 🙂
No-Bake Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites combine chocolate protein powder, quick cooking oats, natural creamy peanut butter, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and slivered almonds.
Pack a couple in snack-size plastic storage bags and throw them in your purse, gym bag or lunch bag. You will have a great snack or breakfast that will keep you full until your next meal.
Here is the recipe for No-Bake Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites:
- 4 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup quick cooking oats

- Press into the baking dish (it will be sticky)
- Chill for at least 3 hours to overnight to set.
- Cut into 24 pieces.
- Portion out 2 bars per snack-size plastic storage bag
