I have found a solution for these kind of nights, McDonald’s Happy Meals with Cuties. You know those “cute” little mandarin oranges that we all love!! Parents, like us, can feel good about Cuties, the fresh fruit choice available in Happy Meals and a la carte. Cuties are the anytime, anywhere wholesome treat for kids of all ages, and even parents. Not only are they naturally sweet and delicious, easy-to-peel and the perfect on-the-go snack. 
The guys were so excited the other night when I brought McDonald’s home for dinner 😆 And I felt good about bringing it home for them 😉 Lil man had the Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal with four tender Chicken McNuggets made with white meat, kids-sized World Famous Fries and a Cuties and apple juice. Hubby had a Chicken McNuggets Extra Value Meal and I had the Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken.

I don’t mind McDonald’s sometimes, especially when I’m working late or if I have a photography session directly after work. I’m sometimes too busy to head home and cook. And I do like what they’ve done to the kid’s meals. They’re certainly healthier.
I am very excited that McDonald’s is serving cuties and a happy meal. It’s different than apples, they taste better and it’s one of my sons favorite fruits.
As a mom, I love to something like a cutie added to a meal instead of something sugary. That’s fantastic!

The last time we got a Happy Meal, I ordered a cutie for my 3 year old. She usually gets the apples but already had an apple that day so I thought I’d change it up. Needless to say, she was pretty unhappy when there wasn’t apple slices in her box but I really liked the Cutie! It was so juicy and fresh! Love that there are these options.

I don’t get McDonalds often, but when I do. Oh boy I love it. Here they don’t do the cuties with meals for kids. Which is sad. We have a choice between fries or apple slices. My kids usually choose the apple slices. This is really great.
I am actually excited about their change. My kids love cuties and I know they will think this will be fun for them as well as a healthier option. It definitely has made me change my mind about them since they started offering healthier choices for happy meals. I feel better about taking my kids there.

I love that Happy Meals come with cuties now. I love to cook too and my boys scarf down tacos. So easy but some nights you just need a Happy Meal. We have a McD’s near our house and usually go when we have time to walk there. It’s good exercise and a delicious treat.
I think that’s a fantastic option! We don’t have kiddos, so I can’t remember the last time there was a Happy Meal around our house, but it’s a great healthy option since when I was little, that’s for sure!

I like to take my girls there once in a while to enjoy a snack, free wi-fi, now that they are teens. Having cuties in the happy meals, makes them want a happy meal now as much as they wanted them when they were younger.

I’m a teacher and every once in a while, when I don’t get home until much later than normal due to some after school event, I will order a Happy Meal. I’m petite (I like to say fun-sized) so I find the portions in a happy meal are perfect for me. I ask for the Cuties and a yogurt tube instead of the fries. For the drink, I get milk. It makes me feel slightly better about myself 😉 I keep the toy for when one of my students is having a rough financial time.

We just had one of our best #HappyFamilyMoments this past weekend, and ironically enough it ended with McDonald’s because we spent so much time lingering and enjoying each other that I would have had no time to cook before the little one’s bedtime! We took our three year-old to a nearby park and it was just FULL of birds pecking around the freshly aerated grass. He was as careful as he could reasonably be with all of his excitement as he tried not to scare them, but his unbridled joy energized the whole afternoon and into the evening.
My #HappyFamilyMoments is when we are able to spend the weekend together outside participating in fun activities and enjoying beautiful weather! I adore hiking, trips to the zoo and family picnics 🙂 🙂

McDonald’s has been around for a long time! When I was a young girl, (I’m now a grandma) our #HappyFamilyMoments always included a trip to McDonald’s! So glad to see the addition of fruit!

My favorite happy family moment was when my daughter was 15 months old at Christmas and my favorite part, other than all of the family being together, was my daughter Beth opening her presents. At first she wasn’t sure about tearing the wrapping paper but then she saw the toys inside and she went nuts. Then she knew what to do and she had the same excited look on her face with each present! She absolutely loved it!!

Some of our most #HappyFamilyMoments involve cuties! I like that they serve it at McDonald’s now, it’s a really healthy addition. My daughters love cuties, we bring them on vacation, to the park, hiking, swimming and on outings as a family and they will always associate fun family memories with cuties!

My favorite #HappyFamilyMoments are on Sundays. That is my husband’s only day off from work. We always go out to eat somewhere with my daughter. I also really enjoy my Saturdays with my daughter. We do a lot of crafting. She is an aspiring artist!
Our local McDonalds has family Tuesday events once a month – they had the local firemen/ fire truck one time and my kids were so excited. It’s a fun once a month treat and the options are way better now then when I was a kid.

Just spending time together particularly outdoors. Since it’s winter my favorite is snow walks. Late night walks in the snow where we bundle up and pull out flashlights to shine the way.

Happy Family Moments means fun, getting along, eating together, staying a family during hard times.
My partner and I actually had a #HappyFamilyMoments at McDonalds yesterday! How wild is that? We are both vegetarians, so we do not eat there but a handful of times a year, due to their menu being unfriendly to vegetarians. But, yesterday, we did enjoy an Oreo McFlurry and a Baked Apple Pie! hahaha!

We do grab the occasional meal at McDonald’s, and I am VERY glad to hear Cuties are back! Most of our #HappyFamilyMoments are made in the kitchen- my hubs is a chef, and we both enjoy creating recipes and meals together.
I’m loving the changes McDonalds is making to their Happy Meal. It’s nice to have healthier options.
