This is all it takes to make a delicious Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette!! Really!!! Ok..you do need a little salt and pepper but it is just this simple!! The result is a surprisingly flavorful dressing that is way healthier and cheaper than anything you can get in the store. The flavor is surprisingly bold based on the simple and small number of ingredients!
The handy little device that makes this all so easy is a Chef’n Emulstir. No, I didn’t get paid to say that…I received it as a gift and am absolute love with it!! This handy device makes it soooo easy to make homemade salad dressings!! Just add the ingredients, squeeze the lever a few times and your dressing is ready!
My go-to way to use this dressing is on a salad that starts with baby romaine lettuce, add a little goat cheese, dried cranberries and finish with a few candied pecans. I could eat this salad everyday for the rest of my life and be totally happy! Try it and you will agree 🙂
Pour some of this goodness on…and fall in love!!
