Red Baron Pizza Night Solves Summer Chaos by providing a dinner solution that the whole family will love! Say good-bye to summertime mealtime battles now!
It’s ONLY JUNE?!?! What I am going to do until August? When do they go back to school? When does she start pre-school? Why is it so hot??? How am I going to keep them occupied today? What am I going to make for dinner? Is it bedtime yet? What can I make that everyone will love, is easy and doesn’t require me to slave over the stove in this 95℉/100% humidity summertime weather of South Georgia?
Do any of these questions sound familiar to you? Yes? I am with you…summer chaos is in full swing and we are only really at the beginning of the summer! Did you know that according to a new Red Baron survey of 1,000 U.S. moms of kids ages 3-17, more than 2 in 5 moms view their kids’ summer break as the least relaxing time of the year?? And what’s even more is that many moms indicated they reach a breaking point just 13 DAYS into summer as they begin to get behind on common chores like grocery shopping or meal preparation?!?! YIKES! For us, swim lessons, gymnastics, camps, vacation and loads of other activities are on our calendar for the summer! And as if that wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I have to find time to work as well! 😫 All of this has me looking for dinner ideas that can be my secret weapon to combat the summer chaos and not cause anymore mealtime battles! I have found that secret weapon and it is Red Baron Pizza Night!! 🤗
Red Baron Pizza has been helping moms (like us) calm mealtime chaos for over 40 years!! Red Baron Pizza is a pizza that the whole family can love because they have created the absolute perfect crust! Their Classic crust is not too thick and not too thin; light, airy and flaky! It is available in 11 different flavors from fan-favorite Pepperoni to Chipotle Chicken. I like to keep Pepperoni and 4 Cheese Pizza on-hand at all times! Baby Girl and I like the 4-Cheese and the boys like the Pepperoni, so I make both and then we have leftovers for lunch the next day! Another bonus score for mom! 😜
Having a pool in the backyard really has been a god-send this summer!! We love to swim almost every afternoon and it really burns off all of their energy! They tend to work up quite an appetite too with all that swimming, so I have to have something ready for dinner quick! Red Baron Pizza to the rescue! I don’t have to cut my afternoon of swimming early to go in and cook dinner or slave away over a hot stove. Yay!! We just get out of the pool and I pop a couple Red Baron Pizzas in the oven while we are drying off and getting changed into dry clothes. By the time we are ready so are the pizzas and we have a “picnic” on the porch! That one goes over really well with everyone!!
Even Joey (the dog) wants to join in on our Red Baron Pizza picnic! I have told y’all in the past how picky this dog is…LOL 🤣 Can you see him in the background of this pic? He is making sure to stay close and is happy to be on clean-up detail anything that falls to the ground!
Baby Girl (a.k.a. Miss Sass) who has been the Queen of Toddler Tantrums here lately settled down for our Red Baron Pizza Night! Right before this picture was taken she had a full-on meltdown because I wanted to put dry clothes on her! I am talking throwing herself on the ground, crying hysterically and totally inconsolable – SMH! 🙄 Gotta love toddlers…she is only 16 months old, right???? What’s going to happen when she hits the terrible two’s????
Boy was I thankful that Red Baron Pizza saved the day!! Everyone was full of smiles and asking when we could have another Red Baron Pizza night! I would definitely say that Red Baron Pizza was our happy ending to this summer parenting “war story!” 😍
