The secret sauce, pun intended, to this juicy, flavorful, yet healthy grilled chicken is a marinate that I cannot take credit for. My dad came up with this marinate years ago and we use it on everything from chicken to pork to steaks…and he even grilled a turkey breast for Christmas dinner this year with it and it was AMAZING!! It is a combination of soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. I have blogged about it before: Marinated Grilled Chicken, Marinated Grilled Chicken, Cream Corn and Asparagus & Daddy Steak Fajitas. Let’s take a look at it again with Tangy Marinated Grilled Chicken & Foil Packet New Potatoes with Broccoli!
